Hi! My name is Lisa and I help women launch their big business idea and then set them up for success to keep the flow flowing. If that sounds like a mouthful, it’s because it is.
I am a lifelong learner and have made it my purpose to help people achieve women achieve their dreams. I know what it means to start over - some days I feel like I have re-invented myself a thousand times. I see those past lives as opportunities for blazing new trails.

What are my core competencies?
At the heart of everything I do is a desire to exceed expectations for my clients. I work in Squarespace doing web design for my clients. I can build your online, evergreen course. I generate authentic leads for your business. I manage calendars, make travel arrangements, monitor and manage social media, write newsletters, build sales funnels, and prepare reports. I do the things that weigh you down so that you can get to the real work.
How much do I charge?
I offer packages based on what you are looking for in a VA. For more specialized skills like web design, packages start at $750 for a simple but effective website. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
If it’s admin support and business launch strategy that you are looking for, my prices start at $35/hour. I have some prepurchase packages available that can save you some $$ and put the onus of keeping track of it all on my shoulders. Sounds like a win/win to me.

How does this VA thing work anyway?
Although every client is different, you can confidently expect a few things from me as your VA. Firstly, we will figure out our communication style. Do you want to meet virtually once a week? Once a month? Or do you just want to communicate via email and Trello? Speaking of Trello, that’s what I like to use to keep our projects on track.
At the beginning of the week, I will touch base with you to check on our task list, take note of new developments, and report to you what progress was made in the past week. I use a task tracker that will keep track of the hours I work on your projects and will provide you with reports and invoices as our time together progresses.
My goal is to make your business smoother and more profitable by helping to create and run things behind the scenes.
How do I get paid?
As I mentioned above, I offer packages (you can see them here) that are more cost-effective than just paying hourly. These packages are paid in advance.
I will work for up to 3 hours without pre-payment. It’s just best practice to ensure that my time is compensated and that no one is paying for services that do not serve them.
Website packages require a 50% deposit up-front. I will 100% help you secure your domain and hosting, but that is an additional cost to you above and beyond my fee.
